Exercise is kicking my ass!

Okay I have officially pushed myself, but I'm so sore after just two days that I think I better take a day off from the exercise portion tomorrow. Maybe I'll just do the work bench stuff, and skip the walking and dancing.

I could barely walk this morning, and exercised anyhow, and could only tolerate half of yesterdays regimen so maybe I just need a day for the muscles to recoop. I'm not wimpin out, I don't think, I'm honestly in a lot of pain. I walk around here like a feeble 80 year old woman!
