What is possible in a month?

Well, I was just sitting here thinking about my goals, and that its the first day, and wondering how much change can possibly be made in one month.

I'm saying that on a positive note, see, I'm very impatient, it's the primary reason why I do nothing to better my body - I eat pizza, and it's instant heaven, I exercise and it isn't possible to see the result.

So the reason I'm being so over the top and fanatical about my regimen this month is because I'd like to push it to the extreme and see just how much can be done in such a short time. Truth though, is it feels like an eternity every hour - just getting by. *sigh*

I think I'll start taking my picture today for posting.
